Rainfall Vodka is an ultra-premium, Western Australian vodka distilled from a Chardonnay wine base, then slowly refined through copper distillation to achieve exceptional smoothness and purity. We capture pure rainwater falling over the Southern Forests region – water that has never touched the ground – and use this to proof the spirit, creating a vodka that is truly grounded in nature yet untouched by it.

The Chardonnay base gives the spirit a delicate fruit softness and gentle floral lift, while retaining a clean, elegant profile. On the palate it is silky and refined, with subtle mineral sweetness, a rounded mouthfeel, and an incredibly crisp, clean finish that lingers.

Crafted in small batches at Rainfall Distillery by Ampersand Estates, this vodka is made with minimal intervention and maximum respect for the natural landscape that shapes it.

• Australian Martini – 60ml Rainfall Vodka + 15ml dry vermouth, stir over ice, strain, garnish with lemon peel.




• Rainfall & Soda – 45ml Rainfall Vodka, top with soda, add fresh lime.




• Forest Cooler – 45ml Rainfall Vodka, add ginger beer, squeeze fresh lime + sprig of mint.




• Espresso Vodka Martini – 45ml Rainfall Vodka, 15ml coffee liqueur, 30ml fresh espresso, shake hard and serve.
