Rainfall Vodka is an ultra-premium Western Australian vodka distilled entirely from a Chardonnay wine base, then refined through copper with a slow, careful process to achieve exceptional smoothness and purity. The spirit is then proofed using pure rainwater captured over the Southern Forests region — water that has never touched the ground — making this vodka truly unique to our landscape.
The Chardonnay base gives the spirit a delicate fruit softness and gentle floral lift, adding character without compromising the clean, elegant style of a premium vodka. The result is a silky and refined palate, subtle mineral sweetness, a round mouthfeel, and an incredibly crisp, fresh finish.
Crafted in small batches at Rainfall Distillery by Ampersand Estates in Pemberton, this vodka is made with minimal intervention, celebrating the quality of the water, the purity of the fruit base, and the beauty of the region it comes from.

Australian Martini – 60ml Rainfall Vodka + 15ml dry vermouth, stir over ice, strain, garnish with lemon peel.
