Designed for small groups, this experience moves beyond the cellar door into the working estate—where every element you taste is grown, harvested, or distilled on-site.

As Australia’s first single-estate distillery garden, the property brings wine and spirits together as part of the same system—shaped by place, season, and time.

Over nearly three hours, you will move through vineyards, gardens, and distillery spaces, with tastings unfolding naturally throughout the journey.

This is not a standard tasting.

It is a hosted immersion in place, process, and flavour.
